I will not be seeking reelection this year to the Flower Mound Town Council. I have enjoyed many aspects of serving the citizens of Flower Mound and have been rewarded many times over. In addition, I have appreciated the support over the years. However, one aspect of my role as a public servant that I simply cannot accept is when it negatively affects my family. As an elected official, I understand that personal attacks are inevitable. However, when accusations are directed towards my children, I believe that crosses the line into being unacceptable. So, in the interest of maintaining my commitment to faith and family, I will pass on my leadership role and remain an actively involved resident.
