the Vice President of the United States in recognition of National
Hispanic Heritage Month. She asked if I would accompany her. She was
able to tell the Vice President about Highland Village and Denton
County. It was her invitation but, had I the opportunity to speak to
the Vice President myself; I would have offered the following.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
